The eco-contribution must be uniformly displayed at the point of sale and on all commercial media. It must be passed on to the end customer and cannot be subject to rebates. It is subject to VAT.
When eco-contribution scales change (e.g.: scale N in December at the time of invoicing from the manufacturer to the distributor, and scale N + 1 in February at the time of sale from the distributor to the user), the principle of identical repercussion must be respected: the first scale in force at the time of sale from the manufacturer to the distributor must be applied.
